What you should pack:

As we get closer to the event, we will publish the Happy Hour themes and ideas so you can pack accordingly and take part in the fun.  We are also requesting that each guest bring some basic supplies so the house is properly stocked and we do not have too much dish soap or beer and not enough TP... that list is tagged below...

What to bring:

Theme Night attire

Before the event, review the Happy hour themes so you can dress the parts and join in the fun, including 80's silent-disco night!

Beverages:

Please bring your own beverage(s) of choice for the week. Ann and I will be providing two (2) kegs and beer cups out by the pool all week.

NOTE: Protect the Earth...

We have printed cups for each person so please plan to mark your cup and reuse them during the week.

Beach Stuff.

Don't forget your suit, shades, chargers, phones, sunscreen and casual beach wear.  For those playing pickle ball, bring your paddles and balls.  We have bike helmets to go with the twelve (12) rented bikes we will have at the house.  Chairs and umbrellas are also rented so no need to pack those.

Please pack your own beach towels.

Bed Linens

For those staying the first part of the week or all week, you will have linens on your beds.  When you depart, put those in a garbage bag in your closet.  For those checking in on Wednesday, bring a set of king sheets and pillow cases to make your bed when you arrive. This will save the effort of doing laundry for 30+ beds on Wednesday.

What to Bring list:

Below is the link to the Meal Team Assignment and Contacts List.

NOTE:  on the "To Bring" tab, is a link to the email address and phone number(s) of each guest so you can contact folks for your meal prep coordination and for making "on-your-own" dinner plans for Thursday night, May 21st.  If you are planner - book reservations early (for those restaurants that take them) if you can..

Cost Considerations:

The beach rental is paid in full.  We do request guests make a donation to help offset the costs of the event:  Beach rental, games, yoga guy, equipment rentals, and taxes.

We ask our guests to make a donation of $50 per person/ per day to help defray a portion of the costs of the event. If this cost would prevent you from attending the fun, please contact Rob directly at 919-889-1779.

Lunch will be on your own each day.  Each guest will be assigned to a meal preparation team to plan, shop for, prepare, serve and clean up for one (1) meal (either Breakfast or a "themed" Happy Hour and Dinner).  Saturday, May 16th  we will arrange a Low Country Boil.   We will pass the hat to cover the cost of that meal.  ($50 per person).
